Basic Policy to Post Job
- The client must have an account on the platform to post a project.
- The client should refrain from sharing contact numbers, email IDs, or locations while posting the project that could bypass the platform’s system.
- Clients are welcome to use tools such as AI (e.g., Chat GPT) to create appealing project posts.
- Clients are generally encouraged to provide a budget range for the project, though this is not mandatory.
- Clients must specify the bid end date in their project post.
- It is recommended that the project post be concise, typically less than 1000 words.
- After posting a job, clients can contact us via Viber or WhatsApp for personalized assistance in finding the best candidate.
- The client may select (shortlist) up to five freelancers once the bidding period ends.
- Once the job is posted, the platform will add the client to a Viber or WhatsApp group where they can discuss project queries.
- The platform will also add the shortlisted freelancers to the group.
- After shortlisting, the platform will request the freelancer’s engineering license and any necessary academic credentials. If there are any concerns or discrepancies, the client will be promptly notified.
- Once the work begins, the client is required to deposit 5% of the project cost into the platform’s account.
-
This 5% deposit enables the following benefits for the client:
- The client may change freelancers if there are issues during the work.
- The client will have the ability to rate the freelancer once the project is completed.
- The client will receive a rating for making the deposit, which can attract more bidders.
- If the freelancer does not fulfill the service on time, the platform may suspend the freelancer following the client’s request.
- The deposit will be communicated to the freelancer, motivating both the freelancer and the platform to complete the task.
- If the project is terminated early without any work started by either party, the deposit may be refunded to the client after deducting the online transfer fee.
- In the event of a project termination after starting the work, the deposit will be considered a service charge. If the client chooses another freelancer for the same project, the total project cost may increase by no more than 10%. If the new cost exceeds this threshold, the client will need to deposit an additional 5% of the increased amount.
- No work will be delivered by the freelancer until the first deposit is made by the client.
- Payments made to the freelancer are non-refundable through the platform.
- The client may change freelancers up to two times if not satisfied with the work, but any payments made to the freelancer will not be refunded.
-
Following guidelines are intended to help maintain a positive and professional relationship between the client and freelancer. They can be adjusted based on mutual understanding without violating the platform’s rules.
- The client and freelancer should mutually agree on the steps for work (between 2 and 10 steps).
- Before receiving the first step of work, the client must deposit 5% of the project amount into the platform account.
- Before receiving the second step of work, the client should pay the freelancer for the first step.
- The client must pay for completed work before receiving subsequent steps.
- The client will rate the freelancer once the work is completed.
