User Agreement

  1. This platform is intended for connecting freelancer and client.
  2. While bidding freelancer shall not disclose the contact number, email ID or any sort of contact address. The contact number and email ID will be displayed to the client once the freelancer would be selected by the client.
  3. The platform will provide general guidance for service management so that the quality work would be achieved in the required time frame but the freelancer and client could choose their own way of working. The platform will not be responsible for any misunderstanding between freelancer and client.
  4. The TAX / VAT applicable in the service charge will be applicable.
  5. The platform will not be responsible for paying the income tax of freelancer. The freelancer would be fully responsible for any tax / vat as per the government rules.
  6. 5% of the project cost will be charged as the service charge, which will be first taken as deposit from the client once the work is started.
  7. In case of dispute, the platform will try to resolve the issue by online meeting. The platform will try to resolve the issue only if the payment is made through the platform account. But if freelancer or client want to take the issue to the court, they are free for that.
  8. The user (client and freelancer) shall not try to advertise their product on the platform without the permission from the platform. In such case, the platform might suspend the account.
  9. Freelancer or client may be suspended from the platform if terms and conditions are violated.
  10. The platform will have right to suspend or close the account without the permission of user (client and freelancer).
  11. The client could withdraw the project at any stage but the platform will not be responsible for any amount sent to freelancer by client.
  12. If the project terminates in the initial phase without starting the work from client or freelancer then the deposit may be returned to the client by deducting the online transfer fee.
  13. If the project terminates in between the project, the deposit will be considered as the service charge but for the same project client may choose another freelancer without exceeding the total project cost more than 10%. If the project cost increases more than 10% for another freelancer the client needs to deposit 5% of the increased amount in the platform.
  14. Freelancer shall not withdraw from agreement with client once the project is awarded. If in case, there is genuine reason for withdraw then the freelancer shall assign the project to someone capable with the same price, else the platform may take action like suspending the account, publishing the name of the freelancer in blacklist.
  15. Freelancer shall not disclose the information of the document received from the seller without the consent of seller.
  16. The platform might try to verify the document from user if found suspectable.
  17. Rating for freelancer:
    • The rating would be five-stars rating system
    • Online verification would add one star to the freelancer. For online verification the freelancer needs to fill the form as provided by the platform.
    • The client may give maximum two stars to the freelancer upon successful completion of work. Client can give two stars from the client’s profile but it will not be displayed instantly on the freelancer profile. The message of the rating from the client will go to the platform official email. The platform will check whether the payment has been made through the platform or not. If the payment is made from the platform, then, the platform admin will add the rating on the freelancer profile.
    • Payment received from platform would add two stars to the freelancer.
    • The rating shall be weighted average of all the projects finished by the freelancer.
  18. Rating for Client:
    • The rating would be five-stars rating system
    • Two-star rating will be from the freelancer.
    • The freelancer may give maximum two stars to the client upon successful completion of work. Freelancer can give two stars from the freelancer profile but it will not be displayed instantly on the client’s profile. The message of the rating from the freelancer will go to the platform official email. The platform will check whether the payment has been made through the platform or not. If the payment is made from the platform, then, the platform admin will add rating on the client’s profile.
    • Three-star rating for the transaction done through the platform.
  19. The platform may suspend the account of client if the payment is not done within reasonable duration, except that, the platform will not be responsible for transaction of money between client and freelancer.
  20. The platform may suspend the account of freelancer if the agreed service is not delivered in time, except that, the platform will not be responsible for quality and quantity of work done by the freelancer.
  21. The platform will share the information regarding the freelancer with client once they are shortlisted.
  22. Freelancer may need to put his license number in the final document.
  23. Terms and conditions may be updated without the notice to users (client and freelancer).
