We are seeking a qualified professional to carry out the complete Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system design and documentation for our project. The scope of work includes detailed HVAC design, preparation of layout and schematic drawings, rate analysis, cost estimation, and preparation of technical specifications. The selected freelancer must deliver detailed drawings prepared in AutoCAD, rate analysis and cost estimation in Microsoft Excel format, and technical specifications in Microsoft Word format. The total duration for completion of the assignment is 15 days from the date of work assignment. Applicants must be a qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent professional with proven experience in HVAC system design. The built up area is approximately 2700 sqm.
