We are seeking a qualified professional to undertake the complete design and documentation of a Medical Gas Line System (including Manifold) for a healthcare facility with a total built-up area of approximately 2700 sqm. The scope of work includes system design, preparation of detailed layout and schematic drawings, rate analysis, cost estimation, and technical specifications. The selected freelancer must submit detailed design drawings prepared in AutoCAD, rate analysis and cost estimation in Microsoft Excel format, and technical specifications in Microsoft Word format. The total duration for completion of the assignment is 15 days from the date of work assignment. Applicants must be a Mechanical Engineer, Biomedical Engineer, or equivalent qualified professional with relevant experience in medical gas pipeline system design.
