This work involves a detailed review of an already designed powerhouse structural system, focusing on reinforced concrete frame elements (columns and beams) modeled in SAP software. The reviewer will run the existing SAP model and verify whether the provided member sizes and reinforcements—longitudinal, shear, and torsional—match those shown in the issued structural drawings. An Excel comparison format will be provided, and the reviewer is required to input reinforcement data from the SAP output and corresponding drawings for each frame element to enable clear verification. The total number of frame elements is approximately 400, and the deliverable will be a complete set of filled Excel sheets covering all frames. The review duration is 7 days. This assignment requires expertise in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with practical experience in SAP-based reinforced concrete design and checking.
